County dispatched box 54-1 at 21:44 for a crash 283 east bound just east of the Vine Street overpass. Ambulance 54-1 arrived and reported one vehicle in the median with one patient still in the vehicle. Engine 54 arrived and secured the vehicle and assisted the Ambulance. Engine 54-1 arrived and provided blocking in the high speed lane. Utility 54 closed the high speed lane and set up warning signs and numerous cones for the scene safety. Crews packaged and transported the patient and cleared the scene.
